He was responsive, helpful, and did his very best to coordinate efficient delivery of our patio furniture to Kelowna. We purchased the Davino Mooy sectional/table set and 2 Ratana covers - the price was extremely reasonable and everything is such great quality. We love our new patio furniture so much! Prices were great, service even better. There was a mark on our tabletop,
Jerry acknowledged it and said he would replace it. Said. Shipment from China was coming in a couple of months and to his word he replaced it when it arrived.

We had gone to other stores in Langley and Vancouver. Went to the Vancouver sofa company Richmond store and were blown away by the pricing. We got our beautiful sectional and have gotten nothing but compliments on it. We had a few issues with the fabric on a couple of cushions. The level of customer service provided to help us out was above and beyond. They hand-delivered the cushion right to our home. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for outdoor furniture.

The level of customer service I received was incredible. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Harry, Kathy and Jerry. There was no sales pressure; they listened to what I was looking for and showed me suitable options. The service I received after the purchases were made was just as excellent, and they were happy to answer questions and switch out one of the items at no cost to me. There was a great selection of furniture to choose from, and the quality is superb compared with other furniture that I had been looking at in the weeks prior. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will be enjoying it for years to come.

She worked with us from start to finish, going out of her way by even coming into the Richmond store on her day off. The whole team at this store, including the delivery guys, are awesome.
